Fiqh of the Hadith:
- The summary of the words of Taybi, the commentator of Mishkat, is that there are two types of whisperings:
- First: Those that arise in the heart involuntarily, without the individual's personal intention. Such whisperings are forgivable in all Shari'ahs.
- Second: Those that arise in the heart with personal intention and choice. Such whisperings are forgivable in the Shariah of Muhammad (peace be upon him) as long as they are not expressed verbally or acted upon physically.
- The Ummah of Muhammad has a distinct advantage over the previous nations.
