❖ Danger of Satan’s Deception at the Time of Death ❖

Does Satan come to mislead a person at the time of death?
Yes, absolutely!
The Noble Prophet ﷺ said:
"إن الشيطان يأتي أحدكم عند موته ؛ فيقول: مت يهوديا، أو مت نصرانيا"
"Indeed, Satan comes to one of you at the time of his death and says: 'Die as a Jew or die as a Christian.'"
[Sunan Abu Dawood: Hadith 1552, Sunan an-Nasa'i: 6778, Al-Mustadrak al-Hakim: 5315/61]
Therefore, it is incumbent upon every Muslim man and woman to firmly adopt the correct creed (عقیدہ صحیحہ) and righteous deeds, so that when the moment of death arrives, Allah ﷻ may grant them steadfastness upon faith and protect them from the evil of the accursed Satan and his offspring.
Allah ﷻ has said:
"يُثَبِّتُ اللَّـهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِالْقَوْلِ الثَّابِتِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ ۖ وَيُضِلُّ اللَّـهُ الظَّالِمِينَ ۚ وَيَفْعَلُ اللَّـهُ مَا يَشَاءُ"
"Allah keeps firm those who believe, with the firm word, in worldly life and in the Hereafter. And Allah sends astray the wrongdoers. And Allah does what He wills."
[Surah Ibrahim: 27]
We humbly plead to Allah ﷻ that He grant all Muslims steadfastness in this world and the Hereafter, and that He admit all of us into Jannat al-Firdaws.

❖ A Necessary Warning

❖ Clarification:
- "Firmness in worldly life" refers to the time of the soul’s departure.
- "Firmness in the Hereafter" refers to the questioning in the grave and the presentation before Allah on the Day of Judgment.
