Permissibility of Traveling to Non-Muslim Countries for Work
If a Muslim can find employment in an Islamic country, then it is not permissible for him to travel to non-Muslim countries for work. However, if he is unable to secure a job in an Islamic country, then it is permissible for him to travel to such countries with the condition that he safeguards himself from imitating the disbelievers. If he is unable to protect himself from their influence, then preserving his faith takes precedence and is of utmost importance.
