Is there any authentic ḥadīth with the meaning that “Allah does not enter anything except the heart of a believer”?
❖ Answer:
All praise is due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah. To proceed:
After extensive investigation, no such narration has been found in any of the authentic books of ḥadīth.
However, the wording resembling this meaning has been mentioned by Ismāʿīl ibn Muḥammad al-ʿAjlūnī al-Jarrāḥī (d. 1162 AH) in his compilation:

Al-ʿAjlūnī cites Imām al-ʿIrāqī and other ḥadīth scholars, who unanimously declared this narration to be:
Baseless (لا أصل له) — i.e., there is no chain or trace of authenticity for it.

Conclusion:
◈ This narration does not exist in any authentic ḥadīth collection.
◈ The scholars of ḥadīth have declared it baseless and fabricated.
◈ Therefore, it cannot be attributed to the Prophet ﷺ nor used as a source of belief or practice.
