It is not permissible to reduce or substitute the financial amounts prescribed in Hudood punishments, because Hudood are Tawqīfī — meaning they are determined and fixed by Allah (سبحانه وتعالى).
Therefore, any punishment prescribed by the Lawgiver (Sharīʿ) cannot be altered or replaced by any other form.
