◈ Intercourse with Captive Pregnant Slave-Women ◈

It is forbidden to have intercourse with captive slave-women who are pregnant before they give birth. This is based on the Hadith of the Prophet ﷺ:
أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى أن توطأ السبايا حتى يضعن ما فى بطونهن
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited having intercourse with captive women until they deliver what is in their wombs."
