❖ Ruling on Keeping the Gaze at the Place of Prostration During Salah ❖

It is recommended and established from the Sunnah that during Salah, a worshipper should keep their gaze fixed at the place of prostration.
✔ When the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ would perform prayer,
“He would lower his head and fix his gaze toward the ground.”
✔ It is also authentically reported that:
“When the Prophet ﷺ entered the Kaʿbah, he did not raise his gaze from the place of prostration until he exited.”

✔ Maintaining the gaze at the place of sujūd:
✔ It is Sunnah to keep one’s eyes fixed at the place of prostration throughout Salah.
