Ruling on Enjoyment Without Intercourse During Menstruation, Postnatal Bleeding, or Before Halal Status in Ihram

This content is derived from the book "500 Questions and Answers for Women," based on the fatwas of the scholars of the Haramain, translated by Hafiz Abdullah Saleem.

Answer:

It is permissible for a husband to enjoy his wife’s entire body, except for engaging in:
  1. Intercourse through the anus (dubr).
  2. Intercourse during menstruation (haydh).
  3. Intercourse during postnatal bleeding (nifas).
  4. Intercourse before achieving halal status while in the state of ihram (during pilgrimage).
Outside of these prohibited acts, enjoying other forms of physical intimacy with one's spouse is allowed.

And Allah knows best.
