Topic: Ruling on Agricultural Partnerships with Non-Muslims
Regarding agricultural partnerships, there is no harm if a non-Muslim participates as a laborer or worker. It is established from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ that he appointed the people of Khaybar as workers under the condition that the produce—whether grains or fruits—would belong to the Muslims.
[Sunan Abi Dawood, Hadith No. 3408; Sunan al-Tirmidhi, Hadith No. 1383]
If someone allows a non-Muslim to cultivate land or plant trees under the condition that a portion of the yield will be given to them, there is no issue in this.
[Ibn Uthaymeen: Noor Ala Al-Darb: 5/246]
