What is the Islamic ruling on writing Qur’anic verses with olive oil or saffron on a plate, then washing the writing off with water and drinking it?
It is not permissible to write verses of the Qur’an using substances like olive oil or saffron, and then to wash them off and drink the water.
This practice is not supported by clear evidence from the Qur’an or authentic Sunnah, and it falls outside the prescribed methods of benefiting from the Qur’an.
