A man intends to drink the milk of his friend’s wife with the intention of making her unlawful for himself so that there remains no kind of risk. Is such an act permissible?
Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, Ammā Baʿd!
Such an act is not permissible. By doing this, the prohibition of Riḍāʿah (milk kinship) does not become established.
✔ Neither does prohibition of Riḍāʿah take effect in this manner.
✔ Nor can a woman be exempted from observing ḥijāb based on such an action.
✔ Nor can any kind of risk be averted through it.
