Purchasing the produce of gardens for a duration of five years is not permissible, as it involves uncertainty (غرر), deception (دھوکا), and ignorance (جہالت). Therefore, entering into a partnership with such a trader is also not permissible, nor is it lawful to take profit from such a business—even if one is content with it.
