What do the aḥādīth say about the complete darkness and the sun not rising at all near the Day of Judgment?
Answer:
The aḥādīth mention many minor and major signs of the Day of Judgment. One of the major signs is the rising of the sun from the west, which is considered a significant indication of the Hour’s nearness.
However, there is no ḥadīth known to me that mentions the complete absence of the sun’s rising or total darkness covering the earth before the Day of Judgment.
