❖ Repetition of Slander (Tuhmah) and the Ruling of Ḥadd

◈ The Ruling on Repetition of Slander
If a person repeats slander (i.e., accuses someone repeatedly), then only one ḥadd will be implemented, provided that the first ḥadd has not yet been carried out.
However, if the ḥadd has already been carried out for the first slander, and then the person repeats the slander again, a new ḥadd will be applied.
