Answer:
Abū al-Zinād ʿAbdullāh ibn Dhakwān is thiqa (trustworthy).
❀ Imām Ḥāfiẓ al-Dhahabī رحمه الله (d. 748H) said:
انعقد الإجماع على توثيق أبى الزناد
“There is consensus on the trustworthiness of Abū al-Zinād.”
