What is the ruling on reciting the words "Wa Jalla Thana’uka" during the funeral prayer (Salat al-Janazah)?Answer:
It is not permissible to add the words "Wa Jalla Thana’uka" while reciting Thana (praise) during the funeral prayer, because there is no valid evidence from the Shariah for doing so. Certain unrelated and unauthenticated narrations cannot be taken into account.
