Is There Any Spiritual Cure for the Evil Eye?
Answer:
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that he said the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
« العين حق، ولو كان شيء سابق القدر، لسبقة العين »
"The evil eye is real, and if there were anything that could precede destiny, it would be the evil eye."
[Sahih Muslim, Hadith No. 2188]
It is also narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
« العين حق »
"The evil eye is real."
[Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith No. 2187]
