Sayyidunā Abū Hurairah رضي الله عنه and Rafʿ al-Yadayn
Imām Abū Ṭāhir Muḥammad bin ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Mukhalliṣ said:It is narrated from Abū Salamah (bin ʿAbd al-Raḥmān bin ʿAwf رحمه الله) that Abū Hurairah رضي الله عنه used to raise his hands at every lowering (for bowing) and at every rising (from bowing), and he used to say:حدثنا يحيى قال: حدثنا عمرو بن على قال: حدثنا ابن أبى عدي عن محمد بن عمرو عن أبى سلمة عن أبى هريرة أنه كان يرفع يديه فى كل خفض ورفع ويقول: أنا أشبهكم صلاة برسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
“I am the one among you whose prayer most closely resembles the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.”

Clarification
The narrator Yaḥyā refers to Imām Yaḥyā bin Muḥammad bin Ṣāʿid, and this narration has also been reported by Imām al-Dāraqutnī in Kitāb al-ʿIlal.

It is narrated from ʿAṭāʾ bin Abī Rabāḥ رحمه الله:“I performed prayer with (Sayyidunā) Abū Hurairah رضي الله عنه. He used to raise his hands when saying the takbīr, when going into rukūʿ, and [when rising from rukūʿ].”
