Answer:

Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, Ammā Baʿd!

◈ Rafʿ al-Yadayn (Raising the Hands)

  • This practice is authentically established from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
  • Clear narrations are found in:
    • Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī
    • Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim

These narrations prove the authenticity and legitimacy of Rafʿ al-Yadayn in prayer.

◈ Āmīn bil-Jahr (Saying Āmīn Aloud)

  • This practice is also established from the Prophet ﷺ and the Companions (رضي الله عنهم).
  • Evidences are found in:
    • Sunan Abī Dāwūd
    • Jāmiʿ al-Tirmidhī
    • al-Mustadrak of al-Ḥākim

These narrations confirm that the Prophet ﷺ and his Companions used to say Āmīn aloud after al-Fātiḥah.

✅ Conclusion

Both Rafʿ al-Yadayn and Āmīn bil-Jahr are authentic Sunnah practices established from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ through sound aḥādīth.
