Allah the Exalted says:
﴿كَلَّا إِنَّ كِتَابَ الْفُجَّارِ لَفِي سِجِّينٍ﴾ to ﴿هَٰذَا الَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِ تُكَذِّبُونَ﴾
[Surah Al-Mutaffifin: 7–17]
These verses describe that the record of the wicked will be in Sijjin—a register of the damned. They will be denied the vision of their Lord and will be thrown into Hell. It will be said to them: “This is what you used to deny.”
Allah the Exalted says:
﴿وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَهُمْ نَارُ جَهَنَّمَ...﴾ to ﴿فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَجَلُهُمْ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِ بَصِيرًا﴾
[Surah Fatir: 36–45]
The disbelievers will be punished with the Fire of Hell where neither will they die nor will their punishment be lightened. They will plead to be released so they may do good, but it will be said: “Did a warner not come to you?” Their arrogance and evil plotting will return upon them. The Sunnah (way) of Allah never changes, and they will face the same outcome as the nations before them.
Allah the Exalted says:
﴿وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا...﴾
[Surah Al-An‘am: 93]
No one is more unjust than one who lies about Allah or claims revelation falsely. At the time of death, such individuals will be met by angels saying: “Remove your souls! Today you will be rewarded with the torment of disgrace due to your false claims about Allah and arrogance toward His signs.”
Allah the Exalted says:
﴿وَقَالَ الشَّيْطَانُ لَمَّا قُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ...﴾
[Surah Ibrahim: 22]
After the final judgment, Satan will declare:
“Indeed, Allah promised you the truth, and I promised you and broke my promise. I had no authority over you except that I called you, and you responded to me. So do not blame me, but blame yourselves... Indeed, the wrongdoers will have a painful punishment.”
From the above verses, it becomes clear that the allies of Satan will face disgraceful and painful torment in the Hereafter, be barred from the sight of their Lord, and cast into Hell. Even at the moment of death, they will suffer humiliation and loss.
May Allah protect us all from being among the allies of Satan. Ameen.
❖ Hellfire, Deprivation from Seeing Allah, and Receiving One’s Record in the Left Hand
Allah the Exalted says:

❖ Hell in the Hereafter, Disgrace and Ruin in the World, and Allah’s Wrath

❖ Humiliating Punishment at the Time of Death

Conclusion
