Qur’anic Supplication for Spiritual Strength of Heart and Mind

❖ Question
Please suggest a wazīfah (supplication) for strengthening the mind and heart.
❖ Answer
Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu wa-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, ʿAmma Baʿd!
For firmness and strength of the heart and mind, the following authentic and prescribed duʿā is highly beneficial:
يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوْبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِیْ عَلٰی دِیْنِکَ
“O Turner of hearts! Keep my heart firm upon Your religion.”
This supplication is authentically reported from the Prophet ﷺ. It is a powerful means for:
- Spiritual strength of the heart,
- Steadfastness on religion,
- Mental and emotional tranquility.
