Method of Treatment Through Ghusl When Afflicted by Evil Eye

What should the one who has cast the evil eye do?
❖ Answer:
"The one who cast the evil eye will be instructed to take a vessel, place his hand in it, then rinse his mouth and spit the rinsing water into the vessel. He should then wash his face, insert his left hand into the vessel, and pour the water over his right knee. After that, he should insert his right hand into the vessel and pour the water over his left knee. Then he should wash the inner part of his garment. During this process, the vessel must not be placed on the ground. Finally, the afflicted person should be made to stand behind him, and all the water should be poured at once over his head."
This narration has been recorded by Abu Nu‘aim in Al-Hilyah (7/90) and graded as Hasan by Shaykh Al-Albani in Al-Silsilah al-Sahihah, Hadith no. 1249.
