It is not permissible for a Muslim to employ a disbeliever in the Arabian Peninsula — whether as a servant, driver, or in any form of service — because the Messenger of Allah ﷺ instructed that the polytheists be expelled from this land.
Engaging such individuals involves bringing near those whom Allah ﷻ has commanded to be distanced and deemed treacherous, and entrusting them with one’s matters. Moreover, employing them leads to several harmful consequences.
