❖ Supplications for Protection from Hellfire ❖​

Allah ﷻ has mentioned several supplications in the Qur’an and Hadith for seeking protection from the torment of Hellfire. These prayers not only instill hope in Allah’s mercy but also teach us the most effective way to seek forgiveness for our sins. Below are some essential supplications that can be incorporated into daily worship.

✿ Supplications from the Qur’an ✿​

✔ Supplication for Forgiveness and the Request for Paradise​

رَبَّنَا إِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي لِلْإِيمَانِ...
(Aal Imran: 193–194)


"O our Lord! Indeed, we have heard a caller calling to faith, saying: ‘Believe in your Lord,’ so we have believed. Our Lord! Forgive us our sins, expiate from us our misdeeds, and cause us to die with the righteous. Our Lord! Grant us what You promised through Your messengers and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. Surely, You never break Your promise.”

رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَٰذَا بَاطِلًا...
(Aal Imran: 191)


"O our Lord! You have not created all this without purpose—Glory be to You! So protect us from the punishment of the Fire."

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ...


"O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the Fire and from every word and deed that brings one near to it."
