It is the duty of the recruiting authority to ensure, to the best of its ability, that only trustworthy and competent individuals are selected for the job. Presenting false qualifications deceives the employer and undermines the integrity of the system.

Ruling on Using a Fake Certificate to Secure a Job
Based on the principles of Shari'ah and its noble objectives, it is evident that obtaining a job through a fake certificate is impermissible. This is because it involves lying, deception, and fraud, which are strictly prohibited in Islam. Such fraudulent practices not only constitute a major sin but also open the door to corruption and dishonesty.
