If a pilgrim shaves his head before stoning the Jamarat, slaughters his sacrificial animal before stoning, or enters the Ka‘bah before completing other rituals, there is no sin upon him.
1 — Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (رضي الله عنهما) narrated:
During the Farewell Hajj, the Prophet ﷺ stopped at a place and the Companions began asking him questions:
Ibn ‘Amr (رضي الله عنه) added:
فما سئل يومئذ عن شيئ قدم ولا أخر إلا قال ، افعل ولا حرج
“That day, regarding any act that was done earlier or later than its order, the Prophet ﷺ replied: ‘Do it; there is no harm.’”

2 — Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) narrated:
The Prophet ﷺ was asked about sacrificing, shaving, and stoning — and whether they could be done in different orders — and he said:
"لا حرج" — “There is no harm.”
References: [Bukhari: 1734; Muslim: 1307; Abu Dawood: 1983; Nasai: 5/272; Ibn Majah: 3049]
3 — Additional wording in Jami‘ al-Tirmidhi:
A Companion said: "I performed Tawaf al-Ifadah before shaving my head."
The Prophet ﷺ said: "No harm."
References: [Hasan: Sahih Tirmidhi: 702; Tirmidhi: 885]
Conclusion:
On the Day of Sacrifice, the rituals of stoning, slaughtering, shaving, and Tawaf al-Ifadah are Sunnah to perform in order, but if the order is changed due to ignorance or mistake, there is no penalty according to the explicit instruction of the Prophet ﷺ.
