There is no qadha (make-up) of missed prayers upon a disbeliever after he becomes Muslim.
It is narrated from Hazrat Amr bin Al-Aas رضي الله عنه that the Prophet ﷺ said:
ان الإسلام يهدم ما كان قبله به
"Islam wipes out all that was before it."
