✦ Possibility of Hoor al-‘Een Having Contact with Shayṭān in Paradise ✦
✍ Compiled by: Dr. Raza Abdullah Pasha ḥafiẓahullāh
Is it possible for the Hoor al-‘Een in Paradise to have had any contact or association with Shayṭān?
Absolutely not.
Allah ﷻ states:
لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌۭ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَانٌّ
“Whom no man or jinn has ever touched before them.”
[Surah Ar-Rahman: 74]
This verse clearly affirms that the Hoor al-‘Een will be:
✔ Pure and untouched,
✔ Virginal and modest,
✔ Not approached by any human or jinn before their husbands in Paradise.
The verse eliminates all possibilities of prior contact from any human or jinn, which naturally includes Shayṭān.
Moreover:
✘ Shayṭān has no entry into Paradise.
He was expelled from it, and Allah has promised him Hell, not any form of reward.
Therefore, suggesting any link between Shayṭān and the maidens of Paradise is not only baseless but also a misunderstanding of divine purity and justice.
Paradise is a place of perfect purity.
The Hoor al-‘Een are reserved solely for the righteous believers as a reward, untouched by any creation prior to them—human or jinn.
Shayṭān’s banishment from Paradise renders any notion of his presence there, let alone association with the Hoor, utterly false and impossible.
✿ Paradise is for the purified; Shayṭān has no place among them.
