Ahmad ibn ʿAlī al-Sulaymānī reports:
① ʿUmar ibn Ṣubayḥ fabricated a sermon, falsely claiming it to be the last sermon of the Prophet ﷺ during his lifetime.
② He also fabricated a charm (mantra), falsely attributing it to the Prophet ﷺ, with the claim that reciting it before sleep would protect a person from experiencing nocturnal emission (iḥtilām).

He is a liar (kadhdhāb).
