(Translated from Urdu to English)

⛔ The Growing Threat of Atheism

In today's world, the widespread promotion of atheistic ideologies—especially via social media—has created a wave of intellectual challenges for Muslims, particularly the educated class. Active atheist figures on digital platforms are causing people to drift away from Islamic thought. At such a critical time, there is an urgent need for Urdu literature that presents rational arguments in defense of Islamic beliefs.

📉 The Gap in Current Literature

Although many scholars have written extensively on core Islamic beliefs—such as Tawhid (Oneness of Allah), Prophethood, and belief in the Hereafter—these works often fall short in addressing the modern intellectual dilemmas faced by individuals exposed to Western philosophy and atheistic literature.

Notable atheist thinkers such as Richard Dawkins, Bertrand Russell, and Christopher Hitchens have introduced sophisticated arguments for atheism, which have the potential to cast doubt even in the minds of believers.

📚 The Lack of Modern Literature in Urdu

While English-language responses to atheism from both Muslim and Christian scholars are extensive and robust, Urdu remains underserved in this regard. Very few works in Urdu directly engage with modern atheistic objections in a logical and structured manner. The available materials often follow a classical style that does not resonate with today's readers, particularly the youth familiar with modern science and philosophy.

👤 Pioneers in the Field

Scholars such as Maulana Maududi, Wahiduddin Khan, Professor Ahmed Rafiq Akhtar, Dr. Murtaza Malik, Mubashir Nazir, and Maulana Abdul Bari Nadwi have offered valuable insights on theological issues. However, their approaches do not fully address modern atheistic critiques.

Even institutions like Ansari School of Thought, which have commendably worked on Westernization, modernity, and capitalism, have not sufficiently focused on direct refutation of atheism.

📖 The Contribution of Mujeeb ul-Haq Haqqi & “The Divine Whispers”

Recognizing this pressing need, Mujeeb ul-Haq Haqqi—a descendant of Shaykh Abdul Haq Muhaddith Dehlavi (رحمه الله)—authored a significant book titled "Khudai Sargoshiyan" ("The Divine Whispers"), originally written in English and also available on Amazon.

🧠 Author's Personal Journey

In the preface, the author shares that he himself was intellectually challenged by atheism, but moral upbringing and firm faith helped him endure. Through deep reflection and rational inquiry, he ultimately found that only Islam offers a coherent and unflawed worldview, while all other ideologies suffer from internal contradictions.

🔍 The Book’s Approach and Content

“Khudai Sargoshiyan” is structured in a simple yet logical style, making it accessible to both scholars and lay readers. The book tackles key atheistic objections using reasoned argumentation, presenting the relationship between science and religion in a harmonious manner.

Key Topics Include:

The Creator, Creation, and Human Consciousness
Existentialism and Human Reason
Rational Proofs for God’s Existence
The Reality of the Human Self
The Soul and Ultimate Reality

The author skillfully balances philosophy, science, and spiritual thought, transforming even complex discussions into engaging, understandable narratives.

🌟 Importance of the Book

"Khudai Sargoshiyan" emerges as a critical intellectual defense against the modern surge of atheism. It empowers Muslim readers—particularly youth—with confidence and clarity in their faith, offering not only answers to doubts, but also spiritual strength through reason and reflection.

🕊️ A Concluding Prayer

May Allah accept the efforts of the author, reward him abundantly, and make this work a source of ongoing benefit (Ṣadaqah Jāriyah). Ameen.
