Medical Testing and the False Premises of Transgender Identity

🔍 Medical Test Requirement and the Transgender Ideology

âť– Gender Confirmation and Medical Testing

If a person accepts their birth-assigned physical gender, then no medical test is required. However, if someone claims their birth-assigned gender is incorrect, then a medical test becomes essential.

The Transgender Law, however, takes the stance that gender is determined by personal choice, a position that is neither acceptable in Shariah nor permitted by the national constitution. Such individuals may, however, be granted the right to psychological treatment.

âť– Why Object to Medical Examination?

Activists such as Dr. Muizz and others object to the condition of medical checkups, although it is a logical and natural requirement.
If someone claims their true gender is different from their apparent sex, then a physical examination is naturally necessary.

Some argue that this leads to modesty concerns before a doctor, but when individuals seek medical help for other physical issues, why is this case treated differently?

Furthermore, a panel of one male and one female doctor was proposed to ensure the patient is not discomforted during examination.

âť– Why Should Transgenders Undergo Medical Testing?

Some transgender activists raise the question:
“If ordinary men and women are not subjected to medical tests, then why us?”

The simple response is that every individual undergoes medical examination at birth. A birth certificate is issued only after confirming the gender.

The issue arises because transgender individuals reject the gender assigned on that certificate.
If they challenge that designation, then a new medical test is the only valid method of reaching a conclusive decision.

âť– The Deception of Separating Sex and Gender

The core deception in transgender ideology is the attempt to separate biological sex (Sex) from gender identity (Gender).
In reality, both are inseparably linked.

A person is either:

  • A man,
  • A woman,
  • Or in a rare intermediate condition, classified as intersex (خنثیٰ).

The attempt to become a woman while biologically male, or vice versa, is nothing but a deception.
Those who adopt opposite-gender traits due to psychological or social influence can indeed be treated.
However, to alter the laws of nature is a satanic mindset that promotes lust and moral decay.

âť– The Term “Transgender” and the Reality Behind It

The term “Transgender” was introduced in the 1980s, while “Khawaja Sira” (intersex or gender non-conforming individuals) have existed for centuries.

Among Khawaja Siras are:

  • Individuals who are biologically intersex, or
  • Those who adopt some traits of both genders due to social or psychological reasons.

However, to recognize someone as male or female merely based on self-identification is deception and leads to social disorder.

📝 Conclusion

â—‰ Medical testing is an essential and objective measure to resolve disputes regarding gender identity.
â—‰ The attempt to base gender solely on personal feelings is contrary to both Shariah and nature.
â—‰ Recognizing someone's gender on mere claim is misleading and fosters moral and societal corruption.
