The response to this is as follows:
If the woman is of sound mind, mature, and consents to the marriage, and her guardians (wali) are also in agreement, and you are compatible (kufu) with her in terms of religion and character, then there is no Shari'ah-based prohibition preventing this marriage.
Those who object to such a marriage solely based on the age difference are mistaken, as there is no valid Islamic reason for their objection.

What is the ruling if a woman agrees to marry a man who is significantly older than her?Answer:
We have received your letter, in which you mentioned that you are marrying a woman younger than you. Her age is 21 years, while your age is 52 years. She has agreed to the marriage, and her family is also satisfied. However, some people have objected to this marriage due to the significant age difference.The response to this is as follows:
