How should a practicing (religious) brother maintain relations with his irreligious brother, according to the Qur’an?

Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, ʿammā baʿd!
Relations should be maintained in such a way that the irreligious brother is encouraged and motivated towards dīn, and eventually becomes practicing himself.
Conclusion:Maintain ties with wisdom, patience, and kindness, but the goal must always be to invite him towards righteousness and obedience to Allah.
