A Silent Strategy of Wisdom: Living with Insight Amidst Enemies
A powerful way of life for both men and women, derived from the Qur’an and Sunnah.
اللَّهُ نُورُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ
(Surah al-Nūr: 35)
Translation: Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth.
A heart filled with the light of Allah—foresight (baṣīrah), wisdom, patience, and tolerance—remains honored, protected, and dominant even among enemies.
Baṣīrah is not just the ability to see with the eyes. It is the art of harmonizing the heart, mind, tongue, and steps with balance.
قُلْ هَٰذِهِۦ سَبِيلِىٓ أَدْعُو إِلَى ٱللَّهِ عَلَىٰ بَصِيرَةٍ
(Surah Yūsuf: 108)
Translation: Say, this is my path. I invite to Allah with insight.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"مَنْ صَمَتَ نَجَا"
(Sunan al-Tirmidhī: 2501)
“Whoever remains silent is saved.”
Keep your mouth closed and mind alert.
Those who speak too much often expose their secrets.
Enemies extract your weaknesses through your own words.
Sayyiduna ʿAlī رضي الله عنه said:
“A wise person meets his enemy like a friend, but remains alert to his schemes inwardly.”
Never let your enemy realize you’re aware of his games.
Remain soft outwardly, but vigilant inside.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"استعينوا على إنجاح الحوائج بالكتمان"
(Ṣaḥīḥ al-Jāmiʿ: 943)
“Seek help in fulfilling your needs through secrecy.”
Keep your plans, connections, knowledge, and emotions private.
Reveal sensitive information only to sincere well-wishers.
Whether man or woman, avoid disclosing private matters on social media or in idle speech.
In the story of Prophet Yūsuf عليه السلام,
He did not expose his brothers' treachery immediately. He observed, stayed quiet, and later forgave them.
وَجَاءُو أَبَاهُمْ عِشَاءً يَبْكُونَ
(Surah Yūsuf: 16)
Wisdom: Watch your enemy's actions, keep it in your heart, but do not confront prematurely.
وَٱصْبِرْ وَمَا صَبْرُكَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّهِ
(Surah al-Naḥl: 127)
“Be patient, and your patience is only through Allah.”
Do not respond instantly to enemy provocations.
Avoid raising your voice even if you catch them in wrongdoing.
Seek help from Allah, and respond with wisdom and restraint.
In familial disputes, in-laws, or social settings, maintain:
✔ Balance and caution
✔ Avoid revealing your heart to everyone
✔ Don’t incite your husband emotionally in every issue
✔ Rely on wisdom, duʿāʾ, and timing
“Keep one eye asleep and one awake.”
Be cautious, but don’t spread hatred.
✔ Speak less, act more
✔ Listen silently, but store what matters
✔ Don’t always confront—respond when the time is right
✔ Protect your wife, mother, and sister from becoming tools in the enemy’s hands through wisdom and guidance
إِنَّ كَيْدَ الشَّيْطَانِ كَانَ ضَعِيفًا
(Surah al-Nisāʾ: 76)
“Indeed, the schemes of Shayṭān are weak.”
✦ Don’t fear the enemy’s plots.
✦ With knowledge, patience, and silence, their plans fall apart.
✦ Keep Allah’s light in your heart, wisdom on your tongue, and strategic action in your behavior.
"O Allah! Grant us wisdom, patience, and insight among enemies. Protect us from their schemes, and fill our tongues, hearts, and actions with Your light. Āmīn."

Strategy When Surrounded by Enemies:
➊ Silence and Observation – Your Inner Strength
The Prophet ﷺ said:
