Islam emphasizes modesty and protection for women, and while they are not prohibited from attending the mosque, it is more virtuous and better for them to offer prayers within their homes.
➊ It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنهما that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"Do not prevent your women from going to the mosques, but their homes are better for them."

➋ It is narrated from Hazrat Umm Salamah رضي الله عنها that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"The best mosque for women is the innermost part of their homes."

✿ The Preference for Women to Perform Salah at Home
