Adhering to School Guidelines
If the school has specific instructions that prohibit private tuition, then the student must abide by those rules. However, if there are no restrictions against taking tuition, then it is permissible for a teacher to provide extra lessons at home, in a mosque, or at any other suitable location.

Permissibility of Special Classes (Tuition) After School
There is no harm if a student seeks additional help from a teacher outside the classroom to understand and study subjects that are being taught. This can be done either with the same teacher or another instructor.
