✿ Question:
We have a Muslim maid who is otherwise observant of her religious obligations, but she does not cover her hair. Is it obligatory upon me to guide her in this matter?
✿ Answer:
Yes, it is obligatory upon you to instruct her to cover her hair, face, and other parts of the body that are required to be covered.
This is to prevent fitnah (temptation) and to avoid the spread of corruption.
