What Should Be Said If One Does Not Know the Interpretation of a Dream?

Question:
If a person does not know the interpretation of a dream, should he say something good instead?
Answer:
Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, ammā baʿd!
If someone does not know the interpretation of a dream, he should plainly say: “I do not know the interpretation of this dream.”
Hādhā mā ʿindī wallāhu aʿlam bis-ṣawāb.
