❀ Ruling on a Game Animal Dying After Saying Takbīr: Permissible or Prohibited? ❀

If someone recites Takbīr at the time of shooting during hunting, and the animal dies before the hunter reaches it, will the game be considered ḥalāl?
Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, Ammā Baʿd!
No, such game will be ḥarām.
If the hunter did say Takbīr at the time of shooting, but the animal dies before the hunter reaches it, then the game will not be permissible (ḥalāl).
هٰذَا مَا عِنْدِي وَاللّٰهُ أَعْلَمُ بِالصَّوَابِ
