Ruling on Abandoning Sunnah and Its Sin in Light of Qur’an and Hadith

Is a person who abandons Sunnah considered sinful or not?
Answer:
Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, ammā baʿd!
