How Does Shaytan (Satan) Whisper to Humans?

❖ Sayyidah Aisha (رضي الله عنها) narrates:​

Indeed, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said:

"Verily, Satan comes to one of you and says: Who created you? He replies: Allah, Blessed and Exalted. Then Satan says: Who created Allah? So when one of you encounters such thoughts, let him say: I believe in Allah and His Messenger. Verily, this will put an end to it."
[Musnad Ahmad: 2/331]

❖ Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrates:​

The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said:

"You ask each other until you say: This is Allah who created us, so who created Allah? Then say: Allah is One, Allah is As-Samad (Self-Sufficient); He neither begets nor is born, and there is none comparable to Him."

❖ Sayyidah Aisha (رضي الله عنها) also reports:​

The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said:

"Verily, Satan comes to one of you and says: Who created you? He replies: Allah. Then he says: Who created the heavens and the earth? He replies: Allah. Then he says: Who created Allah? When one of you experiences this, let him say: I believe in Allah and His Messenger."
