When dealing with unforeseen incidents in homes or shops, such as accidental damage during efforts to prevent or mitigate a disaster, the following rulings apply:
- No Compensation or Guarantee Required:
- If property or items are accidentally damaged during an effort to handle or stop an unforeseen incident, there is no obligation to provide compensation or a guarantee.
- Reason:
- The act of preventing or mitigating the incident is considered permissible in Islamic law.
- Any loss or damage that occurs as a result of such permissible actions does not warrant liability or compensation.
