Islamic Ruling on Gifting the Wife in Return for Her Good Conduct

If a husband wishes to give a gift or donation (hibah) to his wife during his lifetime in return for her good treatment and service, then:
✔ It is permissible for him to do so.
✔ There is no harm in rewarding the wife for her righteousness, kindness, and care with a gift from the husband's lawful wealth.
This kind of gifting is considered lawful and commendable as long as it is given willingly and without injustice to others (such as children or co-wives, if applicable).
