Fleeing from the Leper

◈ Hadith on the Matter
Abū Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
«لا عدوى ولا طيرة ولا هامة ولا صفر وفر من المجذوم كما تفر من الأسد»
“There is no contagious disease, no evil omen, no bad luck from the owl, and no bad luck in the month of Ṣafar. But flee from the leper as you flee from a lion.”
