Etiquettes of sitting in the gathering, prohibition of entry of effeminate men, and peeping into houses

This excerpt is taken from Sheikh Hussain bin Mubarak Al-Mosuli's Arabic book Al-Awamer wal-Nawahi, which was translated into Urdu by Muhammad Sarwar Gohar under the title Ahkamat o Mamnoaat.

Prohibition of Sitting Between Two People Without Their Permission​

① Amr bin Shu'aib narrates from his father, who narrates from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said:
لا تجلس بين رجلين إلا بإذنهما
Do not sit between two people without their permission.

② It is also narrated from them that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said:
لا يحل لرجل أن يفرق بين اثنين إلا بإذنهما
It is not permissible for a person to create separation between two people without their permission.

Prohibition of Sitting in Someone Else's Place​

① It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar رضي الله عنهما that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said:
لا يقيمن أحدكم رجلا من مجلسه ثم يجلس فيه ولكن توسعوا وتفسحوا يفسح الله لكم
None of you should remove someone from his place to sit there; rather, create spaciousness and openness, and Allah will create spaciousness for you.

② It is also narrated from him that a man came to the presence of the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم, and another man stood up from his place for him. When that man went to sit there, the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم forbade him.

Entry of Effeminate Men into Homes is Prohibited​

① Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that a eunuch used to come to the wives of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and they considered him among those who do not desire women. One day, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came and found him sitting with some of his wives, describing a woman by saying that she is so fat that when she faces forward, she has four folds on her belly, and when she turns her back, she has eight folds. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
لا أرى هذا يعرف ما هاهنا لا يدخلن عليكن
I did not think he knew so much; do not let him come to you again.
Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that they stopped him.

And it is added: He was expelled and went to the place called Bidaa, and every Friday he would come asking for food.
And in one narration it is said: It was said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! He will die of hunger this way." Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) allowed him to come twice on Fridays, so he would come, ask, and leave.

Prohibition of Peeping into People's Homes​

① It is narrated from Sayyidina Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:
من اطلع فى بيت قوم بغير إذنهم فقد حل لهم أن يفقئوا عينه
Whoever looks into someone's house without permission, it is permissible for the family to gouge out his eye.

② And in another narration:
ففقئوا عينه فلا دية ولا قصاص
If they gouge out his eye, there is neither blood money nor retaliation for it.
