Key Points Derived from the Hadith
✔ One should go far away from public places for relieving oneself to maintain privacy and cleanliness.✔ The best places for relieving oneself are areas with dense trees or sand dunes, which provide natural concealment and sanitation.
✔ Defecating or urinating in roads, pathways, or under trees that provide shade is strictly forbidden, as it causes harm to others and invites curses.
✔ Sitting in open places or not attempting to hide while relieving oneself is against Islamic etiquette. Similarly, sitting near streams and public washing areas in an inappropriate manner violates modesty and respect for others.
✔ Urinating in the same place where one bathes is prohibited, as it contaminates the area and may lead to hygiene-related diseases.
