❖ Question:
If a woman experiences visible spots or drops of blood throughout the days of Ramadan and continues to fast, are her fasts valid?
❖ Answer:
Yes, her fasts are valid.
The spots or drops of blood that appear during Ramadan in such a manner are not considered menstrual blood.

Supporting Evidence:
A statement is attributed to ʿAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib رضي الله عنه:
"إن هذه النقط التى تكون كعاف الأنف ليست بحيض"
“Indeed, these spots (of blood) are like nosebleeds—they are not menstruation.”

❖ Summary:
✔ Fasts are valid even if spotting occurs throughout Ramadan.
✔ Such blood is not menstrual (ḥayḍ) but due to vein rupture or similar reasons.
✔ Therefore, the woman does not stop fasting or praying in this case.
