Does Drinking Wife’s Milk Establish Fosterage or Entail Sharʿī Punishment?

A man, in a state of intense sexual desire, puts his wife’s breast into his mouth. Since the wife is nursing, milk enters the man’s mouth. In this situation, do the spouses incur any Sharʿī punishment (taʿzīr)?
Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, Ammā Baʿd!
