❖ Is a Woman Required to Take Her Parents’ Permission for Khulʿ?

❀ Ruling
According to Shaykh ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Nāṣir al-Saʿdī رحمه الله:
- If a woman is sensible and mature, she does not need to seek permission from her parents for khulʿ.
- However, if she is immature, young, or lacking sound judgment, then she should seek permission from her parents, brothers, or guardians.
