Yes, jinn do have both male and female genders.
It is narrated from Sayyidunā Anas (raḍiyallāhu ʿanhu) that whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered the toilet, he would say:
"اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ"
[Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī Ḥadīth No. 142, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim Ḥadīth No. 375]
“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female evil jinn.”
Imām Ibn al-Athīr (raḥimahullāh) explains:
